The brand new Geelong Tech School is accelerating Geelong’s development as an innovative and smart city by giving local secondary students the chance to learn cutting-edge science and technology subjects in a tertiary education environment.
Students from 23 secondary schools across the Geelong area can participate in specialist programs at the state-of-the-art school to gain the science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) skills they need to thrive in the future economy.
Housed at The Gordon’s city campus, the school features the latest technologies and equipment and is run by highly skilled teachers who deliver hands-on programs in partnership with subject experts and industry.
The Geelong Tech School has been built as part of the State Government’s Education State push to ensure all Victorians have access to the highest quality education and training regardless of their background or where they live.
